About BdaLaw

The business community has lost confidence in the way the legal tools are applied.

The perception of the business community is that the law does not address their needs, is ineffective to protect their rights and that the more astute prevails.

We aspire to restore the confidence in the law so that any company can trust that its rights will prevail when running and growing their socially aware business.

Our Vision

We want to change the traditional model of lawyering where the legalese becomes gobbledygook and this only increases the frustration of the business community and the mistrust in the law.

We believe in making the law understandable with plain, simple and clear language so that any business has at it fingertips all the necessary legal knowledge and tools to run and grow with the appropriate legal protection.
