Bertha’s practice focuses on all areas of international commercial arbitration.
Education and qualifications:
Bertha studied French at the Sorbonne in Paris, France. She obtained her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in International Relations at L’Institut d’Etude des Relations Internationales in Paris, France. Bertha received further training in Maritime Law at L’Université de Bretagne Occidentale in Brest, France. She is a graduate of the University of London, where she obtained her Bachelor of Laws (Hons). Bertha is certified by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution as an Investor-State Mediator. Additionally, she was successful at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority’s General Securities Representative Exam (Series 7 exam).
Bertha was called to the Bar of England & Wales and The Bahamas Bar.
