Emanuel Dettwiler has a broad and long-standing experience in national and international mergers & acquisitions, capital markets transactions (public takeovers, IPOs), corporate governance as well as in corporate law and securities regulations. He represents clients in proceedings before the SIX Swiss Exchange and the Swiss Takeover Board (TOB) and also advises clients in real estate matters and contract law. Thanks to his experience as a former management consultant, he has an in-depth understanding of commercial matters and appreciates the real needs of demanding corporate clients.

Kellerhals Carrard was formed in 2015 out of the Merger between Kellerhals Attorneys at Law and Carrard & Associés.
