Jennifer McManus-Kirk is the Founder and Managing Partner at Map Key Partners, a professional services firm offering Value Growth Strategies, M&A Transaction Services and Exit Planning Advisory for private mid-market companies since 2004. Prior to founding Map Key, Jennifer’s experiences took her from JP Morgan Asset Management Services, to Oak Hill Capital Management, and finally to the Department of Economic Development and Rebuilding under the Honorable Mayor Michael Bloomberg in New York’s City Hall.
With over 20 years of experience in strategic, managerial, and leadership roles across a broad range of verticals, Jennifer specializes in aligning and integrating disparate groups toward realizing common goals and restructuring procedures that allow teams to operate at their ultimate level of efficiency while consistently striving for transparency and accountability. Jennifer has helped advise, optimize, integrate and sell dozens of companies.
Jennifer studied Business Administration at NYU, Computer Science at Fordham University, and Advanced Project Management at Stanford. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and Masters of Science in Business and Organizational Management Counseling. She is Certified as a Mergers & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA), Mergers & Acquisitions Integration Expert (CM&AI), and as a Scrum Master (CSM).
She is active in several organizations and groups including the National Association of Women Business Owners, the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA), the Mid-Market Alliance (MMA), the Global Mergers & Acquisitions Association, the M&A Source, the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), the American Counseling Association (ACA), the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and the International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Professionals (INSOL).
