- Conducting tax and legal analyses and preparing applications for the issuance of individual tax law interpretations, regarding particularly VAT and companies' income tax regulations, including withholding tax.
- Preparation of transfer pricing documentation.
- Advising on the international consumer and legal compliance for e-commerce and online services, including marketing financial services and consumer credits.
- Analyses and audits and legal implementations of electronic and remote sales of goods and services (software).
- Advising on the protection of intellectual property for IT enterprises.
- Development of methodology and conducting comprehensive implementations of the data protection regulations, privacy policies and notices under GDPR.
- Advising and conducting public procurement proceedings - both on the part of contracting authorities and contractor.
- Preparation, evaluation and negotiation of contracts, both in Polish and English.
- Preparation of legal opinions.
