Mandalena Prelashi, a Human Rights Lawyer based in New York, is a trailblazer in the field. Born in Albania and raised in Italy, she earned a 5-year law degree from the University of Milan, an LL.M. in U.S. Law from Fordham University, and an M.A. in International Migration Studies from City University of New York. She is actively involved in the American Bar Association’s International Law Section. She serves as the Co-Chair of the United Nations and International Organizations Committee, a Communications Deputy, and Deputy to the Chair (Social Media). Mandalena is also part of the Planning Committee for the Annual Conference and the Young Lawyer’s Track.
