- Scheduled Calls - Once you've had some time to digest the content, you’ll connect via Zoom calls with Itzik for up to 2 hours spread over 2-3 calls.
- Results - You’ll uncover your business development plan of action, the tools and strategies to use, and proven methods to employ for your specific practice. The goal is to accelerate your action to get more referrals, revenue and results.

- Membership - To maximize the effectiveness of your mentoring time with Itzik, you will be given a 1-year membership for THE SWITCH™ global online training, our comprehensive training membership.
- Training Tools - As you work through the THE SWITCH™ short, bite-sized deliveries, you will learn the principles and strategies that can help you boost your authority and grow your practice faster.
- Scheduled Calls - To further customize your training for your needs and hold you accountable, we will schedule up to eight (8) hours of personalized 1:1 mentoring sessions with Itzik (spread over 3-4 calls) to help you develop the necessary strategies, answer all your specific questions, get practical suggestions, implement & execute the relevant strategies in your practice, and make sure you are taking timely effective action.

- Training Tools - You will be enrolled in THE SWITCH for Relationship Marketing™ for an entire year, allowing you to learn and benefit from the most comprehensive program for professionals of it’s kind. (See "Authority Boost" program above for additional details)
- Scheduled Calls – Over the course of this 6-month program, you will speak with Itzik approximately every 2 weeks – depending on schedules and what you’ll be working on in between calls. Calls are schedule for 45-60 minutes.
- Access – In addition to your scheduled calls, you will have unlimited access to Itzik Amiel via email and specially arranged phone calls – for quick questions and to brainstorm upcoming situations.

What if I can't choose a package?
If you cannot choose from any of the above packages or if you want a more tailor made mentoring for your own needs, just feel free to contact us by email to: support@theswit.ch and we will be happy to help. We want to find a way we can help and become your accountability partner to help you confidently take the next best step to grow your practice or in your career.
Can I choose more than one package?
The simple answer is of course you can. But we believe that it is not neccassarily needed. We can also tailor make your mentoring package so it will include a few elements that are offered in different mentoring packages.
Can I change my mentoring package if I already chose one?
You can always change your mind and decide to change your mentoring package. We warmly suggest to discuss it with us before making any rush decisions in order to benefit from the momentum you have created within these mentoring sessions.
Can I get customised package for my needs?

Do you offer group mentoring?
Yes, absolutely. If you prefer to join a mentoring group, please let us know and we will inform you as soon as a place in a mentoring group is available.
Can you mentor members of my firm?
We will be happy to. Our founder advocate Itzik Amiel is involved in successfully mentoring teams within many professional firms around the world. We can even combine team group mentoring with personal mentoring to members of your firm.
