Melva Valdez has served as a Partner at Bello Valdez & Esguerra Law Offices in the Philippines. Her distinguished career includes roles such as Chairman/Managing Partner and numerous directorships and secretarial positions in prominent organizations like Keppel Philippines Holdings, Inc. and Servier Philippines, Inc.
She has been a prominent speaker at international conferences. Additionally, she has published numerous articles on business immigration law and gender diversity in the legal profession, showcasing her commitment to advancing the legal field and promoting inclusive practices.
Melva specializes in commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, securities and immigration laws. She has been an IPBA member since 1996 and is currently the Chair of the IPBA’s Membership Committee.
