A Family and Immigration Solicitor with 5+ years PQE, I have always had an interest in the Law since I was in my early teens. It was no surprise therefore that I chose to study it at the University and went in to corporate and private legal practice at different times. I have a Master's degree in International Corporate Law and Finance and undertook the QLTT to re-qualify as a solicitor here in the UK. I enjoy what I do and derive great satisfaction from the fact that I provide a unique and client-centred approach towards resolving legal challenges and situations. I have an admirable rate of success both in and outside the courtroom which stretches from the Immigration Tribunals where I have been able to secure notable reversals of adverse decisions which had put my clients right to remain (and enter) the country at serious risk, to the Family Courts where I have supported my clients in achieving the best possible results from unsavoury domestic situations. I possess a 'can do' approach and bask in the ability to meet challenges head on. I am open to instruction on the above mentioned fields and other areas of Law.
