Dan Polsenberg is a partner in the firm’s Appellate practice group. Based in Las Vegas, he also frequently works out of the Reno office. Dan is the lawyer to see for a big appeal. Nicos G. Papaefstathiou is the Managing Partner of the firm and has a wide scope of expertise across numerous legal practice area.
