Aaron Solomon is the Managing Partner of Solomon & Co. and has been in active practice for over 23 years. Aaron specializes in transactional work including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, exchange control regulations, competition laws, banking, investment funds, private equity, capital markets and securities laws. He has a hands-on approach and his team has the ability to handle large and complex cross-border transactions. With over 2-decades of experience on cross-border transactions of all types and versatility across multiple practice areas, Aaron specialises in guiding clients across a complex Indian business and legal environment. Aaron is a member of the Association of Independent European Lawyers. He is the president of the Friends of the Tel Aviv University in India and is also an advisory member of the China-East Asia International Trade Disputes Settlement Advisory Committee. Aaron was a partner at two major Indian law firms before joining Solomon & Co. He qualified as an advocate in the year 1995 and was ranked first in the all India Solicitor’s examination in 1996.

Piotr Spaczyński is the managing partner of SSW. He advises enterprises from various industries. Apart from facilitating a number of complex transactions he has advised numerous entities in the regulated sectors and took part in international arbitration proceedings with a value exceeding USD 1 billion. He is a member of the board of the Warsaw Arbitration Court Lewiatan, a member of the supervisory board of the Mining Industry Employers Association, former member of the Polish Wind Energy Association steering committee, Senior Vice President of the Therme Group – leading global technology company and an integrator of wellness and entertainment concepts . Holds senior positions in the supervisory boards of companies listed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Leonard Samuels splits his time handling employment related litigation and complex litigation. His practice focuses on matters that encompass both the knowledge of an employment lawyer and the skills of a seasoned trial lawyer. Lenny's litigation experience includes handling non-compete litigation throughout the United States as well as substantial multistate matters involving theft of trade secrets, tortious interference with business relationships and contracts. He has also represented companies and executives in a wide variety of employment matters ranging from claims involving breach of contract, fraud and breach of fiduciary duty to various types of alleged discriminatory conduct. Robert received his Bachelor of Law degree at the University of Zambia and received a diploma in Trial Advocacy Skills from a National Institute of Trial Advocacy program at the University of Southern California in the U.S. Robert is a founding member and Board Chairman of the Legal Resources Foundation which is the only NGO providing free legal services to the indigent in human rights and human rights related cases. The Foundation has 70 full time staff members.
