Mike Zeller is the co-head of Moore & Van Allen's Global Services Group. In that role he provides his corporate transactional clients the accessibility, responsiveness, knowledge and understanding of in-house counsel, coupled with the deep, full-spectrum Moore & Van Allen legal resources and cost-efficiencies. Since 2012, Stasys is involved in the Infrastructure & Regulatory practice group specializing in energy law matters and advice on competition law, infrastructure & matters of regulatory, public procurement and administrative law. The services include dispute settlement in ADR and arbitration (especially investment arbitration and arbitration related to fields of energy and telecommunications). Stasys has been advising foreign and Lithuanian companies on issues of legal regulation and project development in energy sector, he has a significant experience related to project development and management in the field of renewable energy, electricity production, electric power production and trade, representation in courts and arbitrations. Stasys has consulted the clients on implementation of national strategic projects that ensure or significantly contribute to Lithuania’s energy independence (e.g., development of LNG Terminal in Klaipėda (Lithuania)), the project for the Nuclear Power Plant in Visaginas (Lithuania), implementation of EU’s Third Energy Package in Lithuania’s electricity and natural gas sector). The projects required highly complex solutions in dealing with a range of legal issues, such as competition, administration, EU and international legal regulation. He has a bachelor degree in law (Lithuania) and master degree in international and EU business law (France). Moreover, Stasys published various scientific articles (related to arbitration and Lithuanian constitutional law) which were recognised by some institutions as the best in that particular field.

Rosario Zaccà specialises in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and private equity, and has significant expertise in joint ventures and multi-jurisdictional transactions. Due to his strong experience in a broad range of corporate and M&A issues, he is frequently asked to represent some of the largest Italian and multinational companies and to handle complex transactions that require a sophisticated approach. In 2011 he was awarded the ILO Client Choice Award for M&A in Italy. As Head of the firm’s India Desk, he has extensive experience in assisting Indian companies in their activities in Italy, and Italian companies investing in India. Responsible Partner for the Milan office from 2010 to 2014, he is currently Co-Managing Partner of the firm. Rosario has been with the firm since 1994. He spent four years in the firm’s New York office and a semester with a City firm in London, before returning to Milan where he was made partner in 2001. After graduating in Law from the University of Catania, he studied common law and the English legal system at City of London Polytechnic and then international law at the Academy of International Law in The Hague.
