As a lawyer you are the contact point for companies in the field of human resources. Customers call you when there is a question which cannot be answered themselves: what about this or that exactly? It could be anything in employment conditions, collective agreements or works council. Therefore a wide variety of cases. It is also a field that is constantly changing. A few years back, for example, you had the new Wet Flexibiliteit en Zekerheid (Flexibility and Security Act). What I also like is that it is an area with a commercial and business nature, but it still has a strong personal touch. You always deal with a person you need to consider."
