I am an American-Israeli lawyer, specializing in international litigation and arbitration, primarily representing (a) non-Israeli clients before Israeli courts and arbitrators, and (b) Israeli clients in non-Israeli cases. For ten years, I was the Chair of the International Litigation Department of Yigal Arnon & Co. I also regular advise in connection with mergers and acquisitions, international distribution agreements, and licensing arrangements. My firm's clients include some of the world’s largest manufacturers in the energy, automotive, medical device, and diamond/jewelry fields, as well as some of the world’s largest financial services providers. Several times in recent years, I have been appointed by Israeli courts to oversee the taking of evidence (discovery) in connection with cases pending before American courts. In the most recent case, my appointment had been requested by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. Four times I have been appointed to serve as an arbitrator. I have more than 30 years of experience counseling international companies in Mexico and in some countries in Latin America. I am a lawyer admitted to professional practice in both (i) Mexico, and (ii) in the State of Illinois, USA. I also have full legal education, and practice experience as a lawyer in Chicago and Mexico in prestigious firms. In academics, I was a Fulbright Scholar, lecturing on the legal aspects of international business at University of San Diego, during one year (1985/86); and as a visiting Lecturer at University of Houston in the Summer of 1990. A graduate of the University of Manchester in England (1997). Specializing, with an international reputation, in the fields of multi-national family asset protection, trust law, the establishment and administration of trusts, international taxation, trust taxation in accordance with Israeli tax rules, and family wealth preservation and management, including the drafting of documents for various family structures including will trusts, and wills for assets situated in various places of jurisdiction. Serves as the Chairman of the Trusts Committee of the Israel Bar Association and previously set up and served as the Chairman of the Trusts Committee of the District Council, Tel Aviv Central. She has published and regularly publishes articles in leading journals in Israel and around the world, on the subject of international taxation, trust taxation and the use of trusts as an instrument to protect family assets. Recently she was ranked as the leader in the field of Private Client, by Citywealth Leaders 2014.

Michael is a founding Partner and our Chairman. He specialises in all aspects of private client work. Michael is presently a Director of the International Lawyers Network, Children’s Classic Concerts, Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus Scotland, The Merchants House of Glasgow, Trustee of Queens Park Charitable Trust and is a Director of the ILN (International Lawyers Network). For twenty two years he was Chairman of Glasgow Solicitors Property Centre Ltd (GSPC). He also is past Dean of the Royal Faculty of Procurators in Glasgow, past Convenor of the Law Society of Scotland Business of Conveyancing Committee, and a past Vice Convenor and member of the Law Society of Scotland Property Law Committee. He is a past Chairman of The Western Club, Glasgow.
